Silas, who is now 18 months old, just grabbed Moses' diaper, walked into the bathroom, tossed it into the toilet, then turned around and walked out. All while I was taking Moses potty at the sink. I said "Thanks Silas" and then once he left I took it out and put it in the garbage. Luckily the diaper was closed pretty tightly so it just kinda floated. If you think about it it's really a smart thing to do. I mean that's were potty goes right? :)
Moses is now 11.7 lbs. The last few days he's been taking 3 long naps a day and going to sleep around 10:30 pm. At night I just stay up with him and nurse and rock and watch Hulu until he dozes off. Last night I watched an episode of House and Hells Kitchen. Recently he's even taken a few naps in the Arms Reach Co-Sleeper. Up until now he's either only slept in the sling or in the boppy. Or napped with me in the afternoon. As the weeks go on though I've been taking less naps during the day when the boys are sleeping and doing more things around the house. So he's been trying out the co-sleeper and doing great. He's also been doing so good in the car or at least only crying sometimes and then able to sooth himself pretty well in just a few minutes. He's months ahead of the other boys. He also makes this grunty noise when he wakes up that I LOVE...I hope I never forget it. His eyes are still blue but I read that they can stay blue for the first 9 months or so. So we'll see! Love my little guy!!
I have hardly any sling photos of me wearing the boys. Which is silly cause I make them and love them. So here he is. And next to him is Ameet, his new little friend.
