And like that, he's 3...
I don't know when it happened...when he grew...when he became, a kid. Not a toddler, but a kid. But it's happened. He still say's "dup" for yes and we love that because it means it all hasn't gone away. He's our Pie Pie.We had Silas stay in his bedroom while I set up the room. He came out and Thomas had arrived. He was very sure these last few weeks that he wanted a Thomas party.
So that's what we did...
and I had gotten these from Jessie at Thanksmas so I decided to use them since they had construction vehicles on them. They where a hit also...
Silas has that soft spoken gentle voice, I mean on most days. He's found this voice and uses it plenty, but over all he's gentle and careful. He has the most money saved in his piggy bank thank anyone else and he takes good care of his things. He enjoys playing Thomas trains on the floor for long long periods of time. Now if you take his car or his train and he was playing with it, he might wack you up side the head and tell you that it is his car and to stop it. BUT...really those are his worst moments and often, especially if his brothers are not over-talking him or destroying is tracks, he's the most even keeled of the family.
And I have to mention that he is very, very slow. And if your not careful in the parking lot he will wander to someone elses car or walk straight off an embankment...he's just kind gets lost in the whole walking bit and has no idea what so ever what is going on around him. And if you do try to rush him (meaning you take his hand and try to get him to walk faster) his legs will just turn into noodles and it will be even harder to get to the door. So just walk slow and you'll get there just fine...
Moses...with bag on head and with Silas knew shoes.
Thomas stayed on the whole time in the background and after lunch and cake the boys jumped.
Accidental photo...but we got bubbles and Silas loves bubbles!
Happy Birthday Silas, we love you!
