Catch up on the adventures!
We finally got Eli some big crayons a few weeks ago. Jeff taped some butcher block paper to the table and we let him have at it. It last about 10 minutes or so. He really loved it when we drew a football or a basket ball. I think we will have to try finger paints soon also.
These crayons are great because as you can see they don't roll and are big enough for his little hand. They are by Mellissa & Doug and also are non-toxic...so I guess he could eat them if he needed too. But he hasn't done that yet. Eli's not really a eater of things that aren't food, which we are very thankful for.
Just some cute shots that I took over the last few weeks!
Last week we met up with some friends at a park. It was a little chilly but so warm in the sun. It was such a beautiful day!
Last week our friends Angie and Noah came to visit for the day. The boys played so great together. I think this was the first time they really could appreciate each others company. We also went to a park down the street. We wished they lived closer so that we have more fun days like this.
Off to the park!
Noah actually does a summersalt off the end of the slide, I wish I had gotten it on video. He landed right on his head. I think his sneaker got stuck on the slide and it made him go forward. He just got right back up though and didn't even cry!
Eli's "Cho Cho". He now is playing with this everyday. So we just keep the tub out in the living room and at the end of the day we make him pick it all up and then the next day he sets up a track and plays with it off an on. We've been really impressed with his track building skills.

I love the crayon idea. I have been looking at some for a while and I really like the ones Eli was using. By the way, he does look SO big watching the video. Miss you guys!
ReplyDeleteHad to look at these twice (: Grammy Faith
ReplyDeleteKim!! That picture of Eli sitting on the bed watching TV in his big boy underwear is PRICELESS. I think you should enter that in some sort of contest. Hope you are feeling well these days!
