Those Quiet Moments

Tb to being wild and free with @shelleasley at @mountainyogacenter 曆 It was this morning I felt like a purple butterfly. And I felt that confirmation that I was on the right path. The path where I stay slow and curious, where I listen and breath. If you have a moment, even if your current moment is chaos, close your eyes and notice the sounds around you, even the most distant sounds. Now just breath and find your breath. Accept the sounds around you with no need to change them or judgment. Stay there for a moment and relax everything inside you.  Take a 5 deep breaths and then open your eyes. 曆 Everyone finds something different in those quiet moments of acceptance. But we all will find that moments of quiet rest can bring healing.  love you all!
